Everything here
can be recounted.

Tally publishes what it reads and where it read it. Chain state comes from the token contracts, items come from filings on SEC EDGAR, and records live in a contract on Robinhood Chain. A reader with an RPC endpoint can rebuild the whole count and check it against this site.

Recordsdeploys at launch
TallyBook on Robinhood Chain. Each record is a transaction that carries the holder's signature, the weight the contract read, and the block.

The contract

TallyBook holds three rules. A record must carry the holder’s signature, verified on chain. Weight must be the share-equivalent the contract reads for itself, capped by the figure that was signed. And the security must be one the owner listed as an official Stock Token.

Settlement is public: after a cutoff anyone can walk the recorded wallets, re-read their balances and write the final count. Tally does it as soon as an item closes, and nobody needs Tally’s permission to do it first.

The relayer that pays gas owns nothing in the contract. If its key were lost tomorrow, no record could be forged, changed or removed.
