Tally

Pre-registration open/Issuer window not open

Demand on file,
in the order it arrived.

Robinhood has said in-kind redemption is coming for Stock Tokens. Tally takes the demand now: one signed request per security, numbered when the contract accepts it, capped by what the wallet holds. The issuer alone decides when a window opens and who qualifies.

SPCX queue

All securities

Nobody has taken a place for SPCX yet. The first signed request takes place number one.

What a place is, and is not

Signed
Your wallet signs the amount, the jurisdiction you state and the four acknowledgements. The contract checks the signature.
Capped
The contract reads your share-equivalent on chain and refuses a request larger than it.
Numbered
Places are numbered in the order the chain accepted them, one per wallet per security.
Not a redemption
No window is open. A place is demand on file and promises no settlement, priority or eligibility.

The terms you acknowledge

In-kind redemption of Robinhood Stock Tokens is on the issuer's roadmap and is not live.
Robinhood decides eligibility and timing. Tally is not the issuer and holds no tokens.
Platform and jurisdiction rules apply, and some holders may be excluded.
A queue place records demand. It promises no redemption, settlement or priority.
